INNOVATIVE EXTRACTOR-EXTRUDER

We are pioneers in implementing an innovative solution for processing high-oil-content seeds such as peanuts, sunflower, rapeseed, chia, and cottonseed through our Extractor-Extruder technology.
This equipment and process conditions the raw material to optimize subsequent mechanical oil extraction through pressing, achieving lower residual oil content than conventional processes.
The incoming raw material is transformed inside the Extractor-Extruder into a structured product with reduced oil content and moisture while reaching a high temperature, making it ideal for the subsequent pressing process.
INNOVATIVE EXTRACTOR-EXTRUDER

Oil from the settling tank is heated to the required temperature.
Water is then injected proportionally to the oil flow rate and the concentration of phospholipids and suspended solids to hydrate these compounds.
The mixture passes through an in-line static mixer and then enters a retention tank where hydration takes place during a controlled residence time.
Finally, hydrated compounds are separated centrifugally, producing clarified oil and gums as separate streams.
The result is crude soybean oil with phosphorus and sediment levels that comply with commercial standards.
