Single-Stage Sunflower Oil Extraction

Main Components and Operating Principle
The ISAV-300 Press consists of the following main assemblies:
- Drive base assembly

- Oil collection screw conveyor
- Oil discharge outlet
Raw material enters through the automatic feeding system at the top of the machine and is conveyed by a screw shaft through a series of drainage bars. As pressure builds between the screw and the cage bars, mechanical compression and friction generate heat, causing the oil to separate from the solid material.
The extracted oil passes through the gaps between the drainage bars and is collected in the oil recovery chamber, where a collection screw conveys the mixture of oil and fines toward the discharge outlet.
The de-oiled material is compressed and discharged through a die, producing a cylindrical, formed press cake (expeller) suitable for efficient downstream solvent extraction.
