Solids Settling Tank (Borrero)

Continuous settling unit designed to remove suspended solids from mechanically extracted vegetable oils. It features a self-cleaning separation floor, adjustable settling volume, and a drive system using standardized sprockets and chains. Constructed from carbon steel, the unit includes a mechanical overload protection system to prevent damage from main chain jamming, as well as an integrated fines extraction system for collected solids. The equipment is self-supporting and engineered for continuous operation.
